Yes! We’re still here. Our business was born out of the first Coronavirus Lockdown earlier in 2020, and so we’re well versed in operating within the current and changing restrictions. In line with the government guidance on online retail business, we are able to continue operating normally.

Our local deliveries will continue as normal and remain contact free.

Our nationwide deliveries will continue to be sent with Hermes who plan to operate a normal service. There may be some delays as a result of shielding and staff shortages, but we expect to see very little disruptions to our deliveries. We will continue to update our customers should we see any delays.

The contents of our pick ‘n’ mix boxes are not guaranteed. You will receive a random selection of sweets as listed on our sweets page, which also lists full ingredients and allergens. From time to time, manufacturers may update their ingredients without notice. If you have an allergy or rely on a concise list of ingredients, please contact us before placing your order so we can get it right!

Although not fully vegetarian yet, we’re working really hard to ensure all of our sweets are vegetarian as standard, we do offer a vegan box and are looking to introduce sugar-free and gluten-free boxes very soon.

In the meantime, if you’d like a box that’s purely sugar-free or gluten-free, do leave us a note when you place your order and we’ll do our best to put something together for you.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that our sweets are not produced in a nut-free environment. Some sweets contain traces of nuts and many contain coconut oil.

You sure can! If you think someone’s super sweet, our boxes make for the perfect gift.

We can provide free, handwritten gift messages in all of our boxes. To include one, there’s a gift message box on each of our product pages – just type what you want to say and we’ll do the rest.

It’s always a good idea to keep the message short, and give some clue as to who the gift is from. To do our bit for the planet, we don’t print delivery notes so the recipient won’t know who the gift is from unless you specify in the gift message.

Delivery is simple and sweet.

We offer nationwide and local delivery! The price you pay depends on the weight of your order and your shipping address:

UK Mainland

Orders to the UK mainland are sent with Hermes on a traceable service.

  • Up to 1kg – £3.00 (that’s equivalent to 1 Pick ‘n’ Mix box)
  • 1kg to 2kg – £4.50 (equivalent of up to 2 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)
  • Over 2kg – £6.00 (anything over the equivalent of 2 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)

Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands & Islands

Orders to Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands and Islands are sent with Hermes on a traceable service.

  • Up to 1kg – £5.00 (that’s equivalent to 1 Pick ‘n’ Mix box)
  • 1kg to 2kg – £6.00 (equivalent of up to 2 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)
  • Over 2kg – £7.00 (anything over the equivalent of 2 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)

Channel Islands (Guernsey and Jersey)

Orders to the Channel Islands are sent with Royal Mail on a traceable service.

  • Up to 2kg – £4.00 (that’s equivalent of up to 2 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)
  • 2kg to 5kg – £9.00 (equivalent of up to 5 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)

Isles of Scilly

Orders to the Isles of Scilly are sent with Royal Mail on a traceable service.

  • 2kg to 5kg – £11.00 (equivalent of up to 5 Pick ‘n’ Mix boxes)

We do not currently offer shipping to the Isle of Man or international destinations. Please get in touch if you would like to ship to one of these locations.

You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been despatched which you can use to track your order on the Hermes website or Royal Mail website (depending on who we ship your order with).

Customers in certain postcode areas in our home county of Dorset can benefit from free delivery for orders over £10! If your delivery address falls within one of these postcode areas and your order value is £10 or more, you will be offered free delivery at checkout:

  • BH1 to BH4
  • BH7 to BH18
  • BH21 1 to BH21 3
  • BH22 9

If your order value is less than £10, you will be charged the standard delivery weight based upon the weight of your order.

Nationwide deliveries

Delivery can take up to 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch.

For nationwide orders shipped with Hermes, we’ll let you know once we’ve dispatched your order and provide you with a tracking number so you can see when it’ll arrive.

We normally dispatch the same working day for orders placed before 12pm, and next working day for orders placed after that point.

Local deliveries

Local delivery orders to our selected free BH postcode delivery areas are delivered on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. On these days, orders placed before 4pm Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday and 12pm on Sunday can be delivered same day.

Local deliveries can take place at any time between 8am in the morning and 9pm in the evening. We won’t be able to give you a delivery time with your order but if you require your order for a certain date or time, just drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

You will be able to choose your preferred delivery date at checkout. If a date is greyed out, this means that that day’s delivery slots are fully booked and you will need to choose an alternative date.

Please be aware that dispatch and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Our treats aren’t only good to eat, but they’re good for the environment too. Our pick ‘n’ mix boxes are packaged using recycled cardboard and sugar cane shipping bags. We wrap your treats in tissue paper which is acid-free and chlorine-free. Our stickers are vegan and postcards are printed with vegetable-based ink and on recyclable paper.

Our Retro box contains some plastic-wrapped favourites, and so we donate 50p from the sale of every box to Waste Aid to offset this.

If you’re ordering goodies for someone else, just let us know and we can include a special gift message for free.

Sorry to hear what you ordered wasn’t what you were looking for!

If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll see if we can stop it before it gets put into the hands of our courier. Just note that we can’t always guarantee this, but we’ll do our best.

If your order has been dispatched, then it’s within the hands of our delivery drivers and we can’t get it back. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds if you no longer want your item. But we’re sure you’ll love it or will find someone else who does!

No problem, our friendly team will be more than happy to help. Just simply get in touch with us and we’ll put it right for you. We sometimes ask for photos so please do take some as this will help us figure out what went wrong.
