We’re pleased to be able to offer delivery UK-wide including the more remote highlands and islands.
If you’re local to us, we offer hand delivery within a certain radius, often meaning you can sometimes get your sweets next day. If you’re not local to us, don’t worry, we still ship nationwide using our trusty couriers to make sure you get your sugar fix in good time.
UK Courier Delivery
All parcels are sent using a traceable service so that you can keep an eye on the progress of your delivery at all times. The price you pay for delivery depends on the weight and destination of your order.
Orders are usually dispatched same day if placed before 10am Monday to Saturday. This is not guaranteed and can fluctuate during busy times.
We do not currently offer shipping to the Isle of Man or international destinations. Please get in touch if you would like to ship to one of these locations.
UK Mainland
Orders to the UK mainland are sent with Evri on a traceable service. Deliveries typically take 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch but can take up to 5-7 working days in busy periods.

Northern Ireland
Orders to Northern Ireland are sent with Evri on a traceable service. Deliveries typically take 4-7 working days from the point of dispatch but can take up to 10 working days in busy periods. Our Northern Ireland delivery zone includes all BT postcode areas.

Scottish Highlands
Orders to the Scottish Highlands are sent with Evri on a traceable service. Deliveries typically take 4-7 working days from the point of dispatch but can take up to 10 working days in busy periods. Our Scottish Highlands delivery zone includes the following postcode areas: AB32, AB36-AB38, AB40-AB42, AB55-AB56, FK17-FK99, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV63, KA27-KA28, KW1-KW18, PA20-PA49, PA60-PA78, PH17-PH50, and ZE1-ZE4.

Channel Islands
Orders to the Channel Islands of Guernsey and Jersey are sent with Royal Mail on a traceable service. Deliveries typically take 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch but can take up to 7 working days in busy periods. Our Channel Islands delivery zone includes the GY and JE postcode areas.

Isles of Scilly
Orders to the Isles of Scilly are sent with Royal Mail on a traceable service. Deliveries typically take 2-3 working days from the point of dispatch but can take up to 7 working days in busy periods. Our Isles of Scilly delivery zone includes the TR21-TR25 postcode areas.

Local Hand Delivery
To our sweet neighbours in our home county of Dorset, alongside the UK-wide courier options, we also offer fast hand delivery to certain BH postcodes in the Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne and surrounding areas.
Deliveries typically take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays any time between 8am and 9pm. You will be able to choose a preferred date at checkout. If a date is shown as unavailable, this means that we do not have any availability on this date. Whilst we will always try our best, a chosen delivery date is not guaranteed and we may deliver earlier or later than chosen. Available delivery dates are normally released 2 months in advance.
On delivery dates that are available at checkout, you can opt for next day delivery if you place your order before 10pm. Please note that our standard delivery days still apply and will not deliver on non-delivery days.
We have four local delivery zones based on a rough radius around our HQ. Delivery costs range depending on which zone you’re in.
The map above is intended as a rough guide. Zones and shipping rates are defined by individual postcodes. Anything outside of this area will be sent by courier and charged at the UK courier rate. Tap the map to enlarge it.
Zone 1
Zone 1 covers most of Poole Town, Hamworthy, Upton, Creekmoor, Oakdale, Canford Heath, Broadstone and Corfe Mullen.
Local, hand deliveries to Zone 1 are completely free, regardless of order weight or amount.
Zone 2
Zone 2 covers most of Lytchett Minster, Lytchett Matravers, Oakley, Merley, Bearwood, Alderney, Parkstone, Branksome, Whitecliff, Canford Cliffs, Rossmore and Lilliput.
Delivery to Zone 2 is charged at a flat rate of £1.50 per delivery, regardless of order weight. Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
Zone 3
Zone 3 covers most of Sandbanks, Bournemouth, Westbourne, Winton, Kinson, Wallisdown, East Howe, West Howe, Ensbury Park, Ferndown, Wimborne, Canford Bottom, Colehill, Parley and Dudsbury.
Delivery to Zone 3 is charged at a flat rate of £2.50 per delivery, regardless of order weight. Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
Zone 4
Zone 4 covers most of Trickett’s Cross, Muscliff, Castlepoint, Throop, Holdenhurst, Springbourne, Pokesdown, Boscombe, East Cliff, Charminster, Littledown and King’s Park.
Delivery to Zone 4 is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 per delivery, regardless of order weight. Orders over £30 are delivered free of charge.
Returns
We’re sorry to hear what you ordered wasn’t what you were looking for!
If your order hasn’t yet been dispatched, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll see if we can stop it before it gets put into the hands of our courier. Just note that we can’t always guarantee this, but we’ll do our best.
If your order has been dispatched, then it’s within the hands of our delivery drivers and we can’t get it back. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can’t accept returns or offer refunds if you no longer want your item. But we’re sure you’ll love it or will find someone else who does!
In the unlikely event that your order has arrived damaged or in a poor condition, please get in touch with us and we’ll put things right!
